In order to bring you the best deals and products, we work with many different suppliers around the world and thus require 3-5 businesses days for processing and 2-4 weeks for your purchase to arrive. Many of our products will arrive in less time, depending on their shipping location and quantity of stock available in our warehouses.
Additionally, some of our products may be shipping without the original packaging. These products are new and unused, but are shipped without the retail package in order to protect the product and allow us to provide you with low shipping cost.
Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.
You may return new, unused and in their original packaging, sold and fulfilled by THE BLACKAMELLIA within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping and handling). If 7 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived at your shipping address, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please return items using a recorded mail service as it is out of our control if the products don't make it back to us safely.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund. Please allow 10 - 14 working days for us to process your refund, though please be advised that it may take between 3 - 5 working days for any refunds to appear on your banking statement.
All refunds are made through our secure on-line payment system. We don’t store any card or payment details so the refunded payment will go back onto the same card you used to make the original payment or via PayPal.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you received a faulty or incomplete item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to request a replacement.
