Returns & Exchanges


We want you to fall in love with our products. And if you don't, we want to make returns easy.

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered in which to return your item to us for a refund, exchange or credit note. To begin return process please contact us.

Condition of returns:

To receive a refund or exchange items, please return:

✔️ Within 30 days of the purchase date
✔️ With product tags attached
✔️ With product unworn & unwashed

We won't be able to refund if you can't meet these three requirements.

Refunds:

✔️ Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll notify you by email to confirm that your refund has been processed.

✔️ We aim to process your refund asap - mostly within 24 hours of receipt. However, this can take up to 5 working days during busier periods. Thanks for your patience!

All sales are final for sale section products. Sale section items can be returned for store credit.

The customer is liable for the cost of return shipping and any additional custom charges; unless faulty or sent in error.

Faulty Items:

In the rare occurrence an item is incorrect or faulty, please email us with:

- Your full name
- Order number
- Quick description of what's happened.
We'll get it resolved for you asap!

Problem with your order

  • If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order please let us know prior to leaving a review. We will walk you through the return or exchange process. Your satisfaction is our biggest priority and we will work with you to honor all reasonable requests.
  • In order to insure that you receive speedy communication from us, we request that you contact us via shop@theblackamellia.com. This allows for a thorough documentation of our conversations both for your protection and ours.

In the case of damaged items, please be prepared to provide a photograph upon request.
